How Vantix handles the data it needs to run the bot, dashboard, and connected features.

Vantix only collects the information it needs to run the bot and website. That can include Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command usage data, bot settings, and content you intentionally save through features like reminders, giveaways, tickets, moderation tools, or other server workflows.
If you sign in to the website, Vantix also stores the session data needed to keep you logged in and show the servers you can manage.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide the features you asked for, keep server settings working, show dashboard pages, enforce permissions, deliver reminders, and improve reliability, moderation, and support.
Vantix does not use your data to build advertising profiles or sell your information.
If a feature needs message content, user input, or configuration data to work, that data is only used to run that feature and keep it working as expected.
Storage and sharing
Data may be stored in the bot database, cache, logs, and backups as needed to keep the service working. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, maintain, and secure Vantix.
Data is only shared when needed to run the service, comply with the law, or protect Vantix, its users, or the communities using it.
Retention
Vantix tries to keep stored data only as long as it is useful for the feature, moderation record, dashboard, or operational logs that depend on it.
Some information may be removed automatically over time, while other data may stay until a server owner, administrator, or operator removes it.
Your choices
Server owners and staff can remove Vantix from a server at any time. Some stored data may remain for a limited time in logs or backups before it is cleared.
If you have a privacy request about data connected to your Discord account or server, contact the Vantix operator so it can be reviewed.
Children and third-party services
Vantix depends on Discord and other infrastructure providers to operate, so their platforms and policies may also apply when you use the bot or website.
If you are not allowed to use Discord or similar online services under the rules that apply to you, you should not use Vantix either.
